    How to pick up the air cargo when it arrives?
    1. When you handle the air cargo consignment or cargo pick-up procedures, you should provide the valid identity documents of the shipper, consignee and handler, contact number, as well as government regulations and necessary supporting documents for air cargo. When you fill in the "cargo consignment note", please pay special attention to that the "departure station" and "destination station" of each cargo are, and the "consignee" (natural person or legal person) must be in full name and consistent with the valid ID card or official seal of the unit.
    2. Once the goods are collected and transported, you cannot require partial transportation of all the goods listed in each "air express order". If necessary, according to relevant regulations, the logistics company and airport security inspection may open the box for inspection of your goods.
    3. The logistics company will use the SMS platform to inform you of the flight and pick-up order number of your goods and the pick-up contact number of the airport. When you inquire about the goods, please be sure to provide the last 8 digits of the "air waybill" (located in the upper right corner, lower left corner and lower right corner of the "air waybill"). If you have any questions, please go to the logistics company cooperating with the power station immediately.
    4. After the goods arrive at the destination airport, the airport staff unload, distribute the goods, and then transport them to the airport warehouse, which takes about 2-3 hours.
